Booking Ganga Aarti performers outside Varanasi is designed to be hassle-free. Here is the operational workflow:
- Step 1: Consultation: Share your event date, city, and scope (e.g. 5 priests for a wedding in Mumbai) on WhatsApp at +91 96510 04231.
- Step 2: Quotation: We provide a comprehensive quote detailing performer fee, ritual items, and logistics.
- Step 3: Advance Conformation: Pay a partial deposit to secure the dates on our travel calendar.
- Step 4: Travel Booking: Host confirms and books flight/train tickets and hotel rooms for the performers.
- Step 5: Execution: The scholars arrive, set up the brass chowkis, and conduct the magnificent ceremony.
Travel and Setup Requirements
To ensure a seamless, high-quality execution at your outstation venue, the host needs to fulfill the following requirements:
- Travel & Local Transport: Round-trip flight tickets (from Varanasi VNS airport) or fast train tickets for the performing team, along with local transport from airport/station to hotel and venue.
- Accommodation: Standard double/triple sharing rooms in a clean, hygienic hotel near the event venue. Performers observe strict vegetarian diets.
- Stage Setup: Elevated platforms (chowkis) structured by your local decorator. We will provide the exact dimensions (usually 3x3 ft per platform).
- Sound System: Standard stage audio system with lapel or cordless microphones to amplify conch shells and mantra chanting.
